CORPORATE LAWYER (m/f/d)


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive & Organizational Support: Provide comprehensive legal support to the Management Board, heads of organizational units, and Company members.
  2. Contract Management: Draft, review, monitor, and revise a wide variety of commercial contracts, ensuring legal certainty and business optimization.
  3. Corporate Governance & Administration: Draft and prepare corporate correspondence, decisions, and internal bylaws. Advise management and supervisory boards on liability, conflicts of interest, and shareholder/member rights.
  4. Compliance & Risk Management: Develop, manage, and coordinate the organization-wide compliance management system. Interpret complex regulatory frameworks, identify non-compliance risks, and actively adapt business operations to regulatory changes.
  5. Specialized Legal Areas: Handle legal matters and provide operational and strategic counsel in commercial law, labor law, information protection, and intellectual property (including the acquisition and protection of IP rights).
  6. Corporate Registries: Manage company incorporation processes, draft articles of association/bylaws, and independently conduct proceedings before the court register.
  7. Information Security: Proactively develop and improve standards for protecting confidential information, recognize potential risks, and educate teams to prevent potential oversights.
  8. External Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for external law firms, courts, regulatory bodies, and external associates.
  9. Documentation & Operations: Independently manage, track, and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of legal documentation. Collaborate effectively with accounting and finance departments using a strong understanding of business transactions and accounting terminology.


Requirements:

  1. Education: University degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M. equivalent).
  2. Credentials: Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
  3. Experience: At least 3–5 years of legal practice experience. A mix of top-tier law firm experience and an in-house corporate legal department is strongly preferred.
  4. Track Record: Proven experience in corporate governance, commercial contract drafting/negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
  5. Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in legal and business English (both spoken and written). Must be fully capable of drafting complex international contracts, writing structured reports, and leading business meetings independently.
