SALES MANAGER (m/f/d)
Job Description:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for Unmanned Ground Systems (UGS) in the defense and security sector
- Identifying key markets, users, and business opportunities in domestic and international markets
- Building and maintaining relationships with military and security institutions, industry partners, and suppliers
- Preparing technically and commercially compliant tenders in accordance with bidding procedures and legal regulations
- Participating in product development and adjusting UGS system functionalities according to the operational requirements of end-users
- Monitoring competition, technological innovations, and market trends in the field of unmanned ground platforms
- Participating in demonstrations, trade shows, presentations, and professional conferences
- Regularly reporting to the Management Board on sales results and market conditions
- Managing and coordinating sales team activities
- Setting annual goals for sales, market growth, and partnership development
Requirements:
- University Degree – technical, military, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of technically complex systems, preferably in the defense industry
- Experience in working with public contracting authorities and knowledge of public procurement processes
- Good understanding of UGS system functionality, application, and technological components
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
- Developed communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment
- Category B driver's license
Desirable but not mandatory:
- Knowledge of NATO standards and defense regulations
- Experience in cooperation with the military, special forces, or ministries of defense
- Experience in managing international projects and teams
