WOULD YOU LIKE TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
Account Manager is responsible for looking for and creating new sales opportunities by building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and by discovering potential leads. 
 
Position is available in Zagreb, Croatia.
 
YOUR DUTIES WILL BE
  • Focus on achieving sales and revenue targets of the company
  • Actively sell company’s and partners’ products and services
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Continuously create new sales opportunities and pursue them from start to end
  • Organize sales meetings and presentations
  • Create sales proposals towards customers
  • Negotiate sales proposal terms and conditions including prices
  • Represent company towards dedicated customers
  • Develop more tactical sales planes for different accounts
  • Develop long-term sales plans for different accounts including cross-sell, up-sell renewal of services etc.
  • Track market behavior and seek new sales opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge about own and partners’ products and services
  • Maintain networking in order to create new business and sales opportunities
 
SKILLS THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Economics, Information Technologies)
  • 3+ years of work experience in account management,
  • Self-organized goal-driven person
  • Strong organizational skills - ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
  • Active listening skills - ability to understand customer needs and transform it into requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Very good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adopt in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered by company
  • Ability to effectively work with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in Croatian and English language, spoken and written
 
SKILLS THAT ARE A BIG PLUS (ANY OF THEM)
  • Previous work experience as Account manager in IT/Information Security
  • Trainings/educations/certifications on Sales topics
  • Trainings/educations/certifications on IT security topics
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Leadership skills
