EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER (m/f)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Designing new hardware and software solutions for our robotics products
- Wide range of sub-system integration
- Development of new products while maintaining high professional standards
- Participate in creation of testing procedures
- Taking part in prototype design
REQUIREMENTS:
- MSc/BSc in Electronics Engineering or similar
- Experience with:
- Embedded firmware design
- Embedded electronics development (desired)
- Knowledge of the C programming language, preferably in an embedded software context
- Proficient in spoken and written technical English
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Proficiency in PCB design software (preferably Altium Designer)
- Understanding communication protocols such as CAN bus, I2C/SPI, RS232/RS485 or similar
- Design of electrical wiring schematics at the module and peripheral element level
- Experience with STMicroelectronics, Atmel(Microchip), dsPic platforms (µControllers)
- Experience with graphical programming languages (Danfoss Plus+1, Labview)
- Experience with FreeRTOS or similar embedded operating systems
