SOC Analyst (m/f)

We are looking for an Information/Cyber Security Consultant to grow our Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance team. We are looking for a SOC Analyst (m/f) to join our Managed Security Services team.

Our Security Operations Center provides extensive cyber security services for our customers, ensuring cyber security incidents are detected, analyzed and mitigated. We work with state-of-the-art cyber security tools to identify potential breaches, adversarial tactics, and attack vectors. Our Managed Security Services team is always on the lookout for new talent, so if you find cyber security and incident response exciting, and would like to participate at the front end of cutting edge incident detection and mitigation, please send us your application.

YOUR DUTIES WILL BE

Use SOC monitoring tools to review and analyze notable security events and alerts,
Conduct initial alert analysis and investigation,
Document, escalate and report on cybersecurity incidents,
Execute incident response playbooks,
Identify and analyze Indicators of Compromise,
Assist in incident response activities.

SKILLS THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

Basic knowledge of computer networking concept and protocols,
Basic knowledge of IT architecture and operating systems,
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and principles,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Availability and ability to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends,
Ability to effectively communicate security incidents to clients, peers and management,
Fluency in Croatian and English language, spoken and written,
Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining quality.

SKILLS THAT ARE A BIG PLUS (ANY OF THEM)

Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,
1+ years IT related work experience,
Basic knowledge of IT security principles and methods,
Basic knowledge of cyber threats and defenses,
Cybersecurity-related certifications.
